Trabajamos bajo dos estrategias:

<\/p>

  1. Gestionar la vivienda social nueva en localizaciones estrat\u00e9gicas y entregar a los hogares vulnerables en Medell\u00edn las ya est\u00e1n iniciadas.<\/li>
  2.     \u00d3scar Andr\u00e9s Cardona Cadavid \u2013 director de Isvimed<\/strong><\/p>

    Es Administrador de Empresas<\/strong> y Especialista en Gerencia Financiera<\/strong> de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. Cuenta con un Executive MBA de la Universidad de Barcelona (Espa\u00f1a)<\/strong> y un m\u00e1ster aprobado en Responsabilidad Social Corporativa y Liderazgo Sostenible<\/strong>, con titulaci\u00f3n de formaci\u00f3n permanente de la OBS Business School, formaci\u00f3n que ha fortalecido su enfoque en la gesti\u00f3n responsable y el desarrollo sostenible de las organizaciones.<\/p>

    Con m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os de experiencia<\/strong> en el liderazgo de procesos de transformaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como en el dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n de estrategias y proyectos de alto impacto, ha ocupado cargos de alta responsabilidad en los sectores p\u00fablico y privado. En el \u00e1mbito p\u00fablico se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como director de la Corporaci\u00f3n Parque Arv\u00ed<\/strong>, Tesorero Municipal<\/strong> y Subsecretario Financiero de Medell\u00edn<\/strong>. En el sector privado ha ocupado posiciones directivas en entidades como Bancolombia, Scotiabank Colpatria, Banco Santander y el Banco Agrario de Colombia<\/strong>.
