La Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Convivencia tiene por objeto planificar, liderar, gestionar, articular, desarrollar, implementar y evaluar todas las acciones tendientes a fortalecer la seguridad y la convivencia ciudadana, mediante la formulaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas y estrategias que promuevan la civilidad, el control de las indisciplinas sociales, las problem\u00e1ticas familiares, el apoyo al Sistema Nacional de Bienestar Familiar, al Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal para Adolescentes y el control del uso del espacio p\u00fablico, para conservar la institucionalidad y el orden p\u00fablico; as\u00ed como para proteger los derechos de los ciudadanos y mejorar los \u00edndices de seguridad.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

La Sala de Atenci\u00f3n al Usuario es un equipamiento que acerca a la comunidad a la administraci\u00f3n de justicia, prestando atenci\u00f3n a las v\u00edctimas del delito y aplicando formas alternas de soluci\u00f3n de conflictos, por medio de una metodolog\u00eda pedag\u00f3gica y de sensibilizaci\u00f3n. En aquellos casos que requieren querella, los ciudadanos encuentran, en este modelo de gesti\u00f3n, informaci\u00f3n oportuna para que, antes de iniciar un proceso de investigaci\u00f3n, las v\u00edctimas y agresores accedan a la instituci\u00f3n para llegar a un acuerdo y recibir orientaci\u00f3n sobre la entidad que atender\u00e1 el caso en forma efectiva. En la SAU se informa a la comunidad sobre las alternativas para la soluci\u00f3n de conflictos por la v\u00eda de la conciliaci\u00f3n. Esta herramienta evita la congesti\u00f3n de investigaciones y da agilidad y efectividad al Sistema Penal Acusatorio.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Modelo de atenci\u00f3n interinstitucional liderado por la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n cuyas funciones se centran en el tr\u00e1mite de capturas en flagrancia, la realizaci\u00f3n de actos urgentes y la recepci\u00f3n de denuncias. Estas Unidades facilitan el acceso ciudadano a la administraci\u00f3n de justicia, a trav\u00e9s de la prestaci\u00f3n permanente del servicio.
