dependencia encargada de dirigir y coordinar el sector salud y el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud en el Distrito de Medell\u00edn, por medio de la participaci\u00f3n responsable de los actores p\u00fablicos, privados y comunitarios, para trabajar sobre los aspectos que afectan la salud y promocionar sus factores protectores, mediante la corresponsabilidad ciudadana y el acceso a
