es solicitar una cita m\u00e9dica en el punto de salud donde consultas, esta cita se llama <\/span><b>\u201c<\/b>cita preconcepcional<b>\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y tiene tres momentos:<\/span><\/p><p><b>Momento 1:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El m\u00e9dico te ordenar\u00e1 unos ex\u00e1menes de laboratorio para conocer tu estado de salud.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Momento 2:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Una vez tengas el resultado solicitas la cita de revisi\u00f3n de los ex\u00e1menes.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Momento 3:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El m\u00e9dico te indicar\u00e1 si es el mejor momento para embarazarte o si deben esperar otro momento m\u00e1s adecuado para no poner en riesgo tu salud y la de tu beb\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Para conocer c\u00f3mo solicitar tu cita preconcepcional, consulta aqu\u00ed lo que tu EPS oferta para
