Este proceso <strong>permite que el propietario tenga total libertad del mismo<\/strong>, facilitando futuras transacciones, como la venta o el traspaso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para realizar este tr\u00e1mite, es necesario cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estar inscrito en el<strong> RUNT.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estar <strong>a paz y salvo<\/strong> de impuesto departamental y por infracciones de tr\u00e1nsito.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diligenciar el Formato \u00danico de Solicitud de Tr\u00e1mite <strong>(FUN).<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entregar el documento original en el que conste <strong>el levantamiento del gravamen prendario<\/strong> con las improntas del veh\u00edculo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tener Seguro Obligatorio<strong> (SOAT)<\/strong> y Revisi\u00f3n T\u00e9cnico-Mec\u00e1nica Vigente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presentar el certificado de existencia y representaci\u00f3n legal con<strong> vigencia menor a 30 d\u00edas.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nota:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En caso de que el tr\u00e1mite sea realizado por un tercero, debe presentar mandato o <strong>poder autenticado ante notar\u00eda<\/strong> por parte del propietario donde especifique el tr\u00e1mite a realizar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En caso de que el propietario sea menor de edad,<strong> debe presentar autorizaci\u00f3n del representante<\/strong> (madre y padre), c\u00e9dula de ambos padres, tarjeta de identidad del menor y registro civil.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vez reunidos todos los documentos y requisitos mencionados, el propietario puede solicitar la cita por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medellin.gov.co\/portal-movilidad\/#\/public\">Movilidad en L\u00ednea<\/a> para realizar el tr\u00e1mite<strong> en nuestra sede Sao Paulo o Mascerca El Poblado.<\/strong> Ten en cuenta que el valor del levantamiento de prenda en nuestra Secretar\u00eda es de <strong>$126.3<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>00*.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Realizar este tr\u00e1mite es un paso crucial <strong>para garantizar la plena propiedad y autonom\u00eda sobre tu veh\u00edculo<\/strong>.
