Certificado de Avaluos

Responsable: Subsecretaría de Rentas

Es el certificado solicitado por un ciudadano para que la Subsecretaría de Rentas le informe el avalúo de un inmueble, en determinada vigencia

REQUISITOS

  • Formular solicitud por escrito indicando el número de la matrícula del predio
  • Haber realizado el pago del servicio por valor de $11.000

PASOS

  1. Solicitar la cuenta de cobro del servicio por valor de $11.000
  2. Pagar la cuenta de cobro en las entidades autorizadas
  3. Solicitar y recibir el certificado en las taquillas de Servicios Tributarios

LUGAR

Centro Administrativo La Alpujarra, Calle 44 No. 52-165, taquillas de Servicios Tributarios contiguo al Concejo de Medellín
