El Descuento Pronto Pago consiste en fijar un descuento del 5% a los contribuyentes que paguen anticipadamente el valor total por concepto de Impuesto Predial Unificado para la vigencia fiscal 2017, esto no incluye el valor correspondiente a la sobretasa.
Los contribuyentes deberán realizar dicho pago del Impuesto Predial Unificado entre el día de publicación del presente Decreto y hasta el día 29 de marzo de 2017.
