Description: Este producto contiene la información de los predios catastralesen formato de polígonos, retomados de la capa Lotes de Catastro Distrital, como unidad geográfica sobre la que se certifican las coberturas vegetales protectoras, actividad que realiza la Secretaría de Medio Ambiente como respuesta a la solicitud de los propietarios para acceder a la exención o beneficio sobre el impuesto predial unificado, en conformidad con el articulado del Estatuto Tributario Distrital (Acuerdo 05 de 1987 del Concejo de Medellín - Gaceta Oficial 5281) y al Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial que se encuentre vigente al momento de la solicitud (Acuerdo 48 de 2014).Para digitalización y edición detallada de los polígonos se trabaja a escala de 1:2.000 y 1:5.000.lo anterior para el año 2022.
