Description: El punto de encuentro se considera como el área donde la comunidad en zona de riesgo debe dirigirse una vez se active la alerta roja y la alarma como señal de evacuación, la cual es determinada con anterioridad, y alejan del riesgo evidenciado. Los sitios que se consideran puntos de encuentro, son aquellos que tienen un campo abierto, en lo posible despejado y se puede considerar como área de refugio. Sin embargo, para este caso, debido a la distribución del espacio, se prioriza lo siguiente: Que tenga acceso peatonal, que se encuentre por fuera de la macha de amenaza por avenida torrencial, según el POT Acuerdo 048.La capa contiene los puntos de encuentro que fueron elegidos en cada uno de los procesos de implementación de Sistemas de alerta temprana instalados en el Distrito de Medellín.
